As-Built Model

  Sometimes the information delivered by all participants (architect, engineers, construction company and subcontractors) is inaccessible and dispersed. We can use the BIM model as the place for linking all As-Built data. In this way the BIM model becomes a single source of information and centralized database.


  C-BIM has developed an efficient process to capture all changes made ​​during construction, using information from the job site team or subcontractors and incorporated into the BIM model. All documents are associated to model elements.


  Additionally, when a service 6D (BIM for facilities managament) is provided at a later stage, the As-Built BIM model is an excellent starting point for any maintenance management.
